FOODS TO AVOID ON KETO DIET:
- anything sugary, any sweets
- high carb fruits (dried fruit, grapes, banana, pear, pineapple, apple, blueberries)
- sugary drinks like soda or juice
- potatoes (especially sweet potatoes)
- root veggies
- anything high in carbohydrates
- “sugar free” diet foods
